Renowned music producer Washington has praised Ugandan musician Bebe Cool for his pioneering role in introducing Ugandan music to the global stage.

According to Washington, Bebe Cool's achievements over a decade ago, including his nomination for international awards such as the Channel O Music Video Awards, paved the way for future generations of Ugandan artists.

Washington made these remarks while discussing his highly anticipated album, "Break the Chains. " He emphasized that Bebe Cool's past successes demonstrate his ability to thrive on the international stage, but encouraged him to approach his upcoming projects with a fresh mindset.

"Bebe Cool broke the chain a long time ago," Washington said in a local television interview. "He's the right person for the big stage, but he needs to go with the right mentality. "
